Ord Valley Muster 2012 Dates

The Agyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster 2012 preparations are well underway, with the festival dates now confirmed as 25 May - 3 June 2012. A highlight of the 10 day celebrations is the Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience, which will be held on Saturday 2 June. Pencil these dates in your diary, because once the full line-up and calendar is released early January, you will not want to miss it!

Curtis Stone heads to the outback

Celebrity master chef Curtis Stone appeared on Sunrise this morning to discuss his return to Australia and the upcoming Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster.

Comedian Deanne Smith nominated for a Barry!

Deanne Smith touring with the Melbourne International Comedy Festival has been nominated for the Barry Award, Launched in 1998 as the ’Stella Award’ and renamed in 2000 to honour the Festival’s founding patron Barry Humphries, the Barry Award recognises the most outstanding Festival show. The winner gets fame, glory, a snazzy trophy and an all-important cheque.

You can check out the international comedy sensation herself at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow at the Hoochery Rum Distillery, Tuesday May 17.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow| LINEUP ANNOUNCED!

For the first time at the Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster– the Hoochery Rum Distillery will play host to the 2011 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow. A cast of big names including International comic DeAnne Smith, national talent Justin Hamilton, aussie fav Dave Williams and local singstar Sammy J will join us on Tuesday May 17 to prove there’s nowhere a comedian fears. ARGYLE DIAMONDS ORD VALLEY MUSTER 2011 PROGRAM ANNOUNCED

A 50th birthday deserves a very special celebration and that‟s exactly what the team of the Ord Valley Events Board and renowned WA concert/event promoter, Mellen Events have planned for Kununurra with this year‟s award winning Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster (May 12-22) and Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience (May 14).

Minister for Tourism Dr Kim Hames said the State Government, through Eventscorp, was proud to be a major sponsor of the Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster. “This year‟s Muster features an outstanding line-up of concerts, acts and events that are set to entertain Kimberley residents and visitors over ten exciting days,” Dr Hames said. “It will also showcase the Kimberley region‟s extraordinary landscapes and culture to a national and international audience.”
