Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Kununurra Markets each Saturday throughout the Muster. There is an abundance of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee and a bite to eat to enjoy with friends, and pick up a memento of your stay from the array of quality products on display – many made by our talented locals. Stunning photographic prints, boab products, handmade cards, quality toys, handcrafted soap, zebra rock & stone items, jewellery, crafts and much more.
This event will also be held on Saturday May 15 and 29.

JSW Holdings Motocross Challenge

Staged under lights at the newly-designed Ivanhoe track near the famous Ivanhoe Crossing, this full-throttle event will provide a great show for all adrenaline-loving Motocross fans. A top line-up of local and interstate riders will perform massive aerial manoeuvres and sky-high jumps along the fast straights, hair pin and sweeping bends, with excellent spectator viewing areas available trackside.
Food and drinks will be available to purchase from the venue.

Argyle Diamond Dig

Each year a ton of sand is brought in to create a make-shift diamond pit at Celebrity Tree Park. Three rare precious gems, plus a host of other treasures are secretly buried, and for a couple of hours at least, the town swarms with prospectors! So if your handy with a plastic, child size shovel, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and love the idea of bringing home a highly-prized Argyle Diamond, don’t miss the 2010 Dig. As over 400 people joined in on the digging frenzy in 2009, we suggest you purchase your tickets early at the Kununurra Visitor Centre.

The 2010 Barramundi Concert is hosted by Gelganyem Trust. Initiated by Argyle Diamonds in 2006, the Barramundi concert has become a must-do Muster event. Well supported by locals and visitors alike, over 1,000 people attended the event at the Kununurra Picture Gardens in 2009.
Featuring a line-up of traditional and contemporary Indigenous artists, the concert will feature the Walkabout Boys and the beautiful self proclaimed ‘Black Queen of the Kimberley ’, Mary G performing live as MC of the evening. Traditional landowners, the Miriwoong Gajeroong people will open the night’s entertainment, with traditional song and dance accompanied by the soothing sounds of the didgeridoo and clap sticks.
Food and Drinks are available for purchase, BYO picnic blankets and chairs to this 100% alcohol, drug and smoke free, family friendly event.
Kimberley entertainment at its best, so bring the family and enjoy the night!
