Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Kununurra Markets every Saturday throughout the Muster. Feast on an abundance of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, savour the organically brewed coffee and pick-up a memento of your stay from the array of new and used products, including stunning photographic prints, hand-made cards, clothing, crafts and more.
This event will also be held on Saturday May 9 and 23.

Garnduwa Ord Valley Muster Basketball Carnival

The Garnduwa Basketball Carnival brings together teenagers from remote Kimberley communities for a weekend of friendly basketball competition. Witness the region’s talented players compete in the annual round robin clash, enjoy the three point shoot-out competition, slam dunk contest and children’s games. The finals will be held on Sunday, with the grand final commencing at noon.

JSW Holdings Motocross Challenge

Staged under lights at the newly-designed Ivanhoe track near the famous Ivanhoe Crossing, this full-throttle event will provide a great show for all adrenaline-loving Motocross fans. A top line-up of local and interstate riders will perform massive aerial manoeuvres and sky-high jumps along the fast straights, hair pin and sweeping bends with excellent spectator viewing available trackside.
Food, drinks & merchandise will be available to purchase from the venue.

Barramundi Concert

Instigated by Argyle Diamonds in 2006, the concert has become a must-do Muster highlight, showcasing an all indigenous line-up of the Kimberley’s finest traditional and contemporary artists. Well supported by locals and visitors alike, over 1,000 people attended the event at the Kununurra Picture Gardens in 2008.
This year features a great line-up of Kimberley musical and comedy talent including Mary G, Rode Worx and Fall Out, with the Madjitil Moorna Choir joining us as very special guests. In addition, the traditional landowners, the Miriwoong people open the night’s entertainment, sharing their heartfelt stories about the community, land and culture to the dramatic accompaniment of didgeridoo, clapping sticks and distinctive tribal singing.
Eskies, picnic blankets and chairs are welcome at this 100% smoke, alcohol & drug-free, family friendly event.
