Staged on the banks of the Ord River in the Jim Hughes Amphitheatre, the pinnacle event of the Ord Valley Muster, the AVIAIR HELISPIRIT KIMBERLEY MOON EXPERIENCE, returns for its eighteenth year in 2018 on Saturday 19 May.

Special Notes: Children must be fully supervised at all times. NO GLASS (except Wine Bottles). Beer and soft drinks must be in cans or plastic bottles. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. BYO alcohol restrictions will apply - refer to ALCOHOL RESTRICTIONS below. Complimentary bus transfers are operating to get you to and from the event - please refer to the GENERAL ADMISSION BUS TIMES further below.



The following limits apply to the amount of alcohol each patron over 18 is permitted to bring into the venue:

FROM 3.00pm to 6pm

12 cans of beer; OR 
2 bottles of wine; OR 
12 premixed cans; OR 
A combination thereof.

FROM 6.01pm to 8.30pm

8 cans of beer; OR 
1 bottle of wine; OR

No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the venue. There will be NO PASSOUTS




Bus Timetable details getting you to and from the event will be released soon.

Please keep in mind this is a free service, first come - first on board. Please take into consideration when leaving the concert at peak egress times (along with hundreds of other patrons), some delays are to be expected. Buses will only leave when full and will return as quickly as possible to the bus pick-up point. Buses will be stopping at designated stops only in order to minimise potential delays.
