The ever popular food conversation and cooking demonstration is back in 2017, hosted by COLIN FASSNIDGE on the picturesque banks of Lake Kununurra. The acclaimed Chef, Restaurateur and My Kitchen Rules Judge will be throwing on an apron and slicing and dicing under the shade of a Boab tree for one of Australia's most northerly culinary events. Colin will have an A to Z of local produce at his fingertips, sourced from the region's massive food bowl, showing guestshow he incorporates this stunning local produce into his signature cooking style!
A passionate fan of using the whole animal, ticket holders are in for a true masterclass as Colin explains his food philosophy around 'nose to tail' as he debones an entire pig, talking about each cut and the best way to prepare for truly incredible and delicious results. On top of this, Colin will prepare a mouth watering 3 part meal which you will sample, regaling you with stories, on the pictuesque banks of Lake Kununurra, as the sun melts into the horizon. Could it get any better?
