When is the 2024 Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster?

The dates for the 2024 Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster are 17th – 25th May

When & where can I buy tickets?

The program is now available on the website and tickets are onsale now Moshtix.

Moshitx is the only official ticket seller, please do not buy tickets from any other platform or on social media – they are likely fake tickets and you may not gain entry to the event.

How do I get to Kununurra?

Can I get a refund?

For details on a when a refund would be issued, see our Booking Information website.

Can I resell my tickets?

As per terms and conditions, tickets may not be resold, unless at the point of sell out via an official Moshtix resale facility.

Can I buy Merchandise?

Yes! Festival merchandise will be available to purchase from the Merchandise Tent at the Festival Hub, Celebrity Tree Park when the site is open. Some items sell fast, so get in early to grab your souvenirs!

Is assistance available for patrons with a disability?

We welcome patrons with a disability or accessibility requirements and will support your attendance in any way we can. The Ord Valley Muster is held in a remote area and we aren’t able to provide some other facilities that people with a disability might be used to in an urban area but we do our best to provide facilities and assist in any way possible.

What will happen to my tickets if the festival is cancelled 2024?

In the unlikely event that the Ord Valley Muster 2024 should the event be cancelled by the government order, to eradicate any risk for the customer,  ticket income is held in a locked bank account. If the event is unable to proceed on the advertised date or location, Ord Valley Events Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the Event, and offer a credit or exchange to the rescheduled date, or offer a refund request window of 28 days.

FESTIVAL HUB EVENTS

Where is the Festival Hub?

The 2024 festival hub is centrally located at Celebrity Tree Park; we encourage all guests to walk to the site where possible.

Unless specifically listed on the events description, transfers is not included in your ticket price.

For information on events outside of the Festival Hub, refer to the relevant event on the program page for further information.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at 4 Bandicoot Drive, approximately a 5minute walk from the Festival Hub. Please do not park along Victoria Hwy. A shuttle service from the carpark to Celebrity Tree Park will run on the night of the Moon

What should I bring?

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at all Festival Hub events however you are welcome to bring a picnic.

BYO is only allowed if you have General Admission tickets to the Kimberley Moon Experience. Restrictions will apply.

It can get chilly in the evenings in Kununurra so please bring a coat or something warm!

What items are prohibited?

For the safety and comfort of all of our patrons, please leave the following at home:

  • Metal cutlery (incl cheese knives)
  • Umbrellas
  • Tables, sunshades, tents or anything that will obstruct views of the stage
  • Folding chairs taller than shoulder height when seated
  • Aerosols
  • Animals
  • Glass bottles
  • No smoking (outside of designated smoking zones)

Is first aid available?

St John’s First Aid will be in attendance at all Festival Hub events, as well as the Top End Mustering Rodeo

NEXUS AIRLINES KIMBERLEY MOON EXPERIENCE

Can Muster Bar patrons access the GA area?

Yes!

If you hold a ticket to the Muster Bar, you will be able to access the GA area. However you will not be able to take your drinks out of the licensed area

Can Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner patrons access the GA area?

Yes!

If you hold a ticket to the Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner, you will be able to access the GA area. However you will not be able to take your drinks out of the Dinner area and you will not be able to access the Muster Bar

What should I bring?

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at all Festival Hub events however you are welcome to bring a picnic.
